Our history

Bay Lake Farms is a family-owed operations whose primary focus is producing good protein responsibly. The owners, the Parlier family, consists of Terry and Debbie and two sons: Keith and Kurt. Terry has been in the aquaculture/agriculture business in Florida since 1987. He began as a nuisance alligator trapper in Central Florida and began processing alligators in his own Department of Agriculture approved facility. Terry began expanding the business to become one of the largest private land alligator managers in Florida, at times managing over 500,000 acres. Both sons have essentially grown up in the business, working with their dad, learning life’s lessons and developing a honest hard work ethic, and have been part of the development every step of the way.

Several years ago the family began raising beef and expanded our processing facility to become a full-service USDA inspected abattoir. We are a full service meat shop offering custom processing and quality protein for our customers.
